Jesmond Friggieri graduated in Counselling and Psychotherapy with a Master of Arts (Counselling & Psychotherapy) at the University of East London in 2020. Also graduated from the University of Leicester in Master in Business Administration in 2005, in Sacred Theology from Institut Catholique de Toulouse, and Bachelor in Arts (Philosophy, Psychology and Sociology) from the University of Malta. Has also a Diploma in Systemic Practice from the Tavistock Clinic, UK and Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling (University of Malta)
Currently working as a Business Consultant, Freelance Trainer, Coach and Mentor in Management and Leadership and other related Soft Skills. Has worked with families and was Team Leader of the Family & Psychological Services at seqda, lead the Customer Service (Call Centre) - Social Policy Information Centre (SPIC) on all Social Security issues and the Customer Care and Staff Support in the Directorate for Educational Services.
Has lectured with various public and private institutions in Management and Leadership, Customer Care, Receptionist Skills, Childcare, Psychology subjects and other related subjects. He has also lectured in Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources and Sociology.
Jesmond has also worked in the voluntary sector with various youth groups and presently he is a Counsellor in private practice holding Warrant No CCP057. Was a Member of the Malta Association for the Counselling Profession(MACP), Member of Board for the Foundation of Education Services, Gen. Secretary of the European Association of Counselling (EAC) and Currently Member Associate of the Chartered Institute ofPersonnel and Development (CIPD - UK) and member of Council for Counselling Profession.
